VA Aid and Attendance Special Pension
The VA Aid and Attendance Special Pension is an additional monetary benefit for eligible wartime Veterans and their surviving spouses who require assistance with daily activities or are housebound.
How to Apply
To apply for Aid and Attendance benefits:

- Gather Supporting Documents: Include any relevant medical records or statements that support your need for Aid and Attendance.
